Kylie Smith is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bell Techlogix, Inc. since June 2015, Kylie effectively supports organizational units by partnering with department leaders on key HR matters such as employee relations, training, and leave management.
