Lindsey Bender

Lindsey Bender is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and compliance coordination. Currently serving as Benefits Manager and Human Resources Compliance Coordinator at Bell Techlogix, Inc. since March 2015, Lindsey provides HR leadership in a complex international environment, overseeing leave of absence administration, compliance reporting, employee onboarding and off-boarding, and harassment and ethics training. Prior experience includes roles as Benefits Specialist and Human Resources Generalist at the State of Indiana, managing position requests and background checks, as well as early career positions in customer service at McAlister's Deli and Target.
