Bellrock Securities consists of three departments;

BellRock Securities is a Dealer-Arranger and Advisor, providing execution services to Institutional Investors.

BellRock Securities is focused on alternative fixed income investments through the securitisation of underlying assets, such as real-estate, shopping-centres, railways etc. through multiple platforms. Most recently, BellRock Securities’ team has successfully initiated the securitisation platform of WestKust Parking.

In addition to arranging the creation and brokering of fixed income products and investments, BellRock Securities arranges the placement for certain investment vehicles including specialty funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, real-estate funds and various funds of funds.

We aim to research the best opportunities for our clients to participate and invest in, and are committed to a high level of client care with particular attention to the management of conflict of interest, both of which are increasingly important in today’s complex markets.
