Marc Chiarella

Marc Chiarella serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bellrock since March 2016, bringing over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry encompassing roles as a broker, underwriter, and insurance partner in private practice. In addition to this position, Marc has been the Chair of Independent Football Australia since July 2021 and previously held the role of Managing Partner at MDW Law from July 2016 to May 2020, where the focus was on developing the firm’s corporate profile and expanding its service offerings. Prior experience includes partnership at Colin Biggers & Paisley Lawyers, where Marc provided insurance advisory services, and an executive management role at a mid-tier insurance broking and underwriting agency. Marc holds an LLB in Law from Macquarie University and has pursued additional education in insurance through the National Insurance Brokers Association and Petersham Institute of Technology. Areas of expertise include insurance advisory, policy indemnity disputes, commercial law, and overall litigation.
