Michael Webb has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Software Developer at Touchcorp. Michael then moved on to Pracom, where they worked as a Software Developer from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they joined IBA Health as a Senior Software Developer (Team Lead). In 2005, they moved to John Holland, where they worked as a Senior Software Developer for one year. Michael then joined Aviva Ireland in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Software Developer for two years. In 2008, they returned to John Holland as a Team Leader - Solution Development. In 2011, they joined NEC Australia as a Consultant. In 2014, they moved to Trike Apps as General Manager. Finally, in 2017, they joined Bellroy as Chief Technology Officer and Technology Manager, where they are responsible for leading the Technology Team, providing strategic direction for technology selection, software architecture, and infrastructure. Michael also still loves to get their hands dirty in the code when they can.

Michael Webb attended Rochester Secondary College from 1989 to 1994, where they completed their VCE. Michael then attended RMIT University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science. In 2006 and 2007, they attended the Irish Writers Centre and earned Creative Writing - Beginner, Intermediate and Master Certificates. Finally, they attended Melbourne Business School from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
