Philip Richards

Philip Richards is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Bellroy since February 2024 and previously in the same role from September 2018 to June 2022, Philip has a strong focus on using business as a force for good. As a Co-Founder of Jen & Phil's since May 2022, Philip works to create premium quality, natural food and beverage products that promote a healthy lifestyle. Prior roles include Chief Transformation Officer at Seafolly P/L, General Manager at LVMH, and Financial Controller for Asia-Pacific at Saab Automobile AB. Philip holds a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
