Bellroy

Andy Fallshaw is the Co-Founder and CEO at Bellroy, a position they have held since September 2017. Prior to this, they were the Director at Trike Apps from July 2008 to September 2017. During their time at Trike Apps, they oversaw all aspects of the division and led the company in a more compelling direction, resulting in excellent growth and margin improvement each year. Before that, they were the Director at Investling from March 2007 to December 2012. At Investling, they were responsible for an innovative materials handling company that worked on improving the movement of pedestrian loads. Prior to that, they were the Global Chairman Men's Equipment at Rip Curl from July 2004 to June 2008. In this role, they were essentially a business unit manager for Rip Curl's equipment division, overseeing bags, accessories, and equipment. Some of their key accomplishments included overhauling the development process to better unite global resources, creating a successful Ultimate Search range of gear, gaining strong global growth throughout all key regions, and implementing a series of tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness for regional product managers and designers.

Andy Fallshaw has a Bachelor of Engineering in Product Design from Swinburne University of Technology.
