Patricio Bustos

Patricio Bustos has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Patricio started their career at Tricom as an Engineer Support in 2003. Patricio then joined Movistar as a Support Engineer and System Administrator in 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at Sixbell Nekotec Solutions, where they held various roles, including Technical Account Manager, Project Manager, and Head of Support and Customer Service. In 2009, they worked as a Freelance Professor at Universidad Santo Tomás, teaching courses on new technologies and IT platforms. Patricio then joined Belltech, where they held several positions, including Software Support Manager, Operations Manager, and COO - Director of Corporate Services. Throughout their career, Patricio has been responsible for managing project implementation, operational processes, and P&L in different divisions and countries. Patricio has also been involved in digital transformation initiatives and the integration of BI, Data Mining, and Big Data technologies into operations.

Patricio Bustos completed a Magister degree in Data Processing from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2002, they obtained a degree in Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas Digitales (Engineering) from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María. In 2016, they completed a Programa Integral de Dirección (PID) in Dirección from Universidad de La Sabana. Additionally, Patricio Bustos obtained a Diplomado en Gestión de Tecnologías de Información v2 (Diploma in IT Services Management) from Universidad de Chile, which took place from 2010 to 2011.
