Gary Boyle

Gary Boyle has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sector, currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager at Bellway Homes since November 2014. Previously, Gary held the position of Technical Manager at Swan New Homes Ltd, where responsibilities included leading the technical department for design and technical requirements on design and build contracts for various projects valued between £8 million and £43 million. Prior roles include acting as Employers Agent at Swan Housing Group, overseeing contract administration and quality control, and Project Manager at Mid Essex Hospitals, where Gary delivered significant capital projects, including a £10 million PFI enabling works package. Educational achievements include an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from the University of Reading, a RICS Diploma in Project Management from the College of Estate Management, and a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
