Jon Horan

Jon Horan is an experienced construction professional with a comprehensive background in the housing sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bellway Homes Durham since May 2018, Jon previously held the position of Construction Director at both Bellway Homes North East and Taylor Wimpey North East from September 2014 to May 2018 and September 2000 to September 2014, respectively. Early in Jon's career, site management experience was gained at Walter Thompson (Contractors) Ltd from July 1996 to August 2000. Jon Horan holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Northumbria University, earned between September 1992 and July 1996.
