Simon Conroy

Simon Conroy is an accomplished commercial director with extensive experience in the construction and housing sectors. Currently serving as Commercial Director at Bellway Homes since September 2019, Simon has previously held roles such as Head of Commercial and Group Commercial Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Managing Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Cussins Ltd and Bellway Homes, as well as roles at Siemens Energy, Wilkinson Maintenance, Cleveland Bridge Steel Co. Ltd, and McInerney Homes. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University, awarded in 2006.
