Stephanie Gilpatrick is a Group HR Advisor at Bellway Homes since May 2021, bringing extensive HR experience gained from previous roles, including HR Advisor and HR Assistant at Advance Northumberland from April 2016 to May 2021. At Advance Northumberland, a company focused on economic regeneration in Northumberland, Stephanie contributed to enhancing community prosperity and business activity. Prior to this, Stephanie worked as an HR Recruitment Consultant at Nigel Wright Group from October 2014 to April 2016, where responsibilities included sourcing HR professionals across the UK.
