Project and Construction

The Project and Construction team at Bellway is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of residential construction projects. Led by the Chief Surveyor, Project Manager, Project Director (Strategic Land), and Construction Contracts Manager, the team ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while strategically managing land acquisitions and construction contracts.
