Aj King

AJ King, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Portfolio Management at Bellwether, having progressed from Senior Associate to Associate and Senior Analyst within the same company since June 2020. In this role, AJ has conducted fund analytics and reforecasting for over 350 investments across more than nine Real Estate Debt Funds, managing an asset under management (AUM) of approximately $6 billion. Prior experience includes a tenure at EY from September 2017 to June 2020, where AJ was promoted to Senior Audit Associate and participated in a Transaction Diligence rotation. Earlier, AJ worked as a Loan Officer at Wholesale Capital Corporation, overseeing significant loan processes and achieving professional licensing. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by earlier studies at Villanova University and Oaks Christian High School.
