Casey Schmidt

Casey Schmidt is a seasoned professional in real estate asset management, currently serving as Vice President at Bellwether since November 2020, focusing on office and multifamily equity investments. Prior to this role, Casey held several positions at Starwood Property Trust from July 2014 to November 2020, including Senior Associate in the Special Situations Group, concentrating on commercial real estate acquisitions and equity investments in diverse property types. Earlier experience includes participation in the LNR Rotational Analyst Program, where expertise was developed in various analytical roles, and serving as a Financial Assistant at 512 Realty, working on multifamily projects in the Austin area.
