Daniel Fine

Daniel Fine is a seasoned professional in the advisory and real estate sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Bellwether since April 2022. At Bellwether, a firm dedicated to enhancing enterprise value through strategic partnerships, Daniel Fine focuses on addressing complex business challenges. Previously, Daniel Fine held various leadership roles at Arc Capital Partners, encompassing Vice President and Assistant Vice President positions from 2018 to 2022. Early career experiences include serving as a Senior Analyst in acquisitions and development at HRI Properties, where Daniel Fine contributed to $150 million in investment and development, and as a Senior Analyst at Watermark Capital Partners, completing 14 transactions valued at $1 billion. Daniel Fine also gained valuable experience as an Investment Sales Analyst at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group, where 15 transactions totaling $800 million were completed. Daniel Fine holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Hospitality Administration/Management with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University, complemented by early education at Brentwood School.
