David McDonnell

David McDonnell is a real estate executive currently serving as the Managing Director - Equity at Bellwether Asset Management, where they focus on driving the Industrial platform on a national basis. With extensive experience in leasing, acquisitions, and development, David has held significant roles, including Senior Director of Leasing & Real Estate at Corinthian Colleges and Regional Director at Deutsche Bank - RREEF Management L.L.C. They co-founded McKenna Capital, LLP and have also worked as Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Overton Moore Properties and as a Broker at Jones Lang LaSalle. David holds an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Political Science from Tufts University.
