Sr. Director Of Coffee Operations at Bellwether Coffee

Greg Dawson has worked in the coffee industry for over 17 years. Greg began their career in 2003 as a Store Operations Coordinator and Shift Leader at Peet's Coffee & Tea. In 2008, they took on an Editorial Intern role at Drum Magazine. In 2013, they joined modern coffee as a Roaster/Trainer/Barista. In 2014, they worked as a Barista at COFFEE CULTURES INC. In 2016, they became a Roaster at Allegro Coffee Company. Finally, in 2017, they joined Bellwether Coffee as the Director of Coffee, Production Manager, and Head Roaster.

Greg Dawson attended the University of California, Davis from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and English.
