Paul Ramirez

Paul Ramirez is a multi-faceted executive with extensive experience in facilities management, operations, risk management, and team leadership. They previously served as the Director of Operations and Risk Management at YouthCare Seattle, where they oversaw various departments and implemented effective risk management programs. Ramirez has also held significant roles at the Schultz Family Foundation and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, managing grants and operational strategies. Currently, they are the Director of Facilities Management at Bellwether Housing while pursuing studies in International/Global Studies at the University of London.
