Bellwether
Daniela Torre Gibney is a Senior Associate Partner at Bellwether, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Daniela served as a Senior Education Researcher and Education Researcher at SRI International from September 2015 to July 2021. Daniela's earlier experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University from August 2011 to August 2015 and as a Teacher at Uncommon Schools from July 2010 to August 2011. Daniela began a teaching career as an ESL/Bilingual Teacher at the District of Columbia Public Schools from 2006 to 2010 and previously taught at Breakthrough Atlanta in 2005. Daniela holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education Policy Analysis from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Arts (MA) in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL from American University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis.
