Bellwether
Mary Wells is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Bellwether, a national nonprofit focused on transforming education to ensure systemically marginalized young people achieve fulfilling outcomes. Prior to this role, Mary served as a Senior Program Officer at the Texas High School Project and the Communities Foundation of Texas, overseeing investments in high school reform activities. Mary also has experience as a Manager at Bain & Company and holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Sociology from Harvard University.
