Nithya Rajan serves as a Partner in the Strategic Advising Team at Bellwether since June 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Sr. Director of Knowledge & Impact at KIPP Foundation and Vice President of Strategic Planning at Green Dot Public Schools. Nithya's background features leadership positions such as Interim Executive Director at The College-Ready Promise and various strategic roles at Booz & Company and WhenU.com. Nithya holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago and a BA in Economics and Spanish Literature from Dartmouth College.
