Stephanie Spangler

Stephanie Spangler currently serves as an Associate Partner at Bellwether, with previous roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant. Prior to Bellwether, Stephanie held the position of Special Assistant to the Chief Engagement Officer at Richmond City Public Schools. Additional experience includes serving as an Education Innovation Fellow at CityBridge Education, a Fourth Grade Teacher and Grade Level Chair at District of Columbia Public Schools, and a Teaching Policy Fellow at Teach Plus. Early career experience includes working as a Capital Teaching Resident and Second Grade Teacher at KIPP DC. Stephanie holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Master of Education in Innovation in Education from the University of Virginia, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in History from Emory University.
