Renee Aper

Renee Aper is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in system analysis and programming. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Belmark since March 2020, Renee focuses on understanding business users’ needs and ensuring comprehensive documentation of project requirements. Previous roles include Senior System Analyst at Associated Bank, where OnBase workflows and custom forms were developed, and Senior Systems Analyst at WS Packaging Group, overseeing Jira and Confluence administration. Additional experience encompasses positions at Arise Health Plan, Unilever, American Medical Security, and Mueller Graphic Supply, with a strong foundation in database management and systems administration. Renee holds a BBA in Management Computer Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an Associate degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin Waukesha.
