Daniel Falzon

Daniel Falzon currently serves as the Divisional Director of Human Resources for Southern Europe at Belmond, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Human Resources Director at Cipriani, A Belmond Hotel, from January 2022 to January 2024, and served in the same capacity at CAMPBELL GRAY HOTELS from September 2014 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes the role of Director of Human Resources at Hotel Excelsior & Hotel Des Bains and Hotel Villa Cipriani from February 2008 to August 2014, along with a position as Training Supervisor at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from April 2006 to January 2008. Daniel Falzon holds a Dottore in Psicologia del Lavoro from Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza” and a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from the University of Malta.
