Sofie Heggerick currently serves as an Admin Expert in Customer Relations at Belnet since October 2020. Previously, Sofie worked as a Customer Care Advisor at Roche from May 2015 to May 2020, where responsibilities included handling technical and marketing-related inquiries in Dutch, French, and English, managing complaints, and documenting interactions in a CRM system. Earlier experience includes a role at ?JEP! nv focused on warehouse operations and office support, as well as an internship in Dutch-Russian interpreting with deSOM vzw. Sofie holds a Master’s degree in Interpreting from HOGENT and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Linguistics, also from HOGENT, along with postgraduate studies at the University of Helsinki.
