At Belong Creative - A Belonging Company™, we craft magnetic brands that drive better business performance through the power of belonging. Grow your business by attracting, engaging and retaining your ideal customers and employees.

We are the only Branding Agency focussed on harnessing the power of belonging for organisations. While most brand consultants focus on delivering something aesthetic, many miss the deeper human opportunity - to help people truly feel seen, included, to be part of something meaningful, to belong to a community. We partner with our clients, who are heart-led Brand, Marketing and People leaders inside purpose-driven organisations. They need help in attracting, engaging and retaining the right people (customers and employees) to drive strategic growth and success. That's where the power of belonging makes all the difference.

Our proven, end-to-end, Magnetic Brand Builder™ (MBB) process is designed to help heart-led Brand, Marketing and People leaders who may be struggling to attract, engage or retain customers or employees because of an unclear, or outdated value proposition and/or sub-optimal brand reputation. The MBB's four phases work from the ground up to build a data-led Value Proposition (CVP or EVP) and then craft and activate a magnetic Brand. The phases also work individually, so you can align wherever you are on your brand journey.

Optimised for over 15 years, the MBB process has delivered superior results for market-leading and challenger brands such as Toll, Allianz, CXC Global, GraysWine, Aveo, Bayer, AFCA, Roche, TPG Telecom, HCA, Benetas, TAL, Sydney Airport, NSW Dept. of Customer Service and many more.

We specialise in: Brand Strategy & Development, Value Propositions - CVP and EVP Development and Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Advertising Production, Copywriting, Scriptwriting, Graphic Design.
