Below Farm builds and operates production and processing infrastructure in the functional mushroom category.

The company has developed a premium mushroom platform in the UAE, supplying retail, HORECA and direct channels with consistent, high-quality product.
Current focus is on strengthening the upstream layer of the business — production and extraction — through expansion into Europe, enabling greater control over inputs, consistency and global supply.
This structure allows each part of the platform to scale with the appropriate operating model, including the ongoing development of the UAE market.
Below Farm operates at the intersection of biology, supply chains and processing — where long-term value in this category is created.
