Below the Line is a partnership founded by a group of people from the worlds of business, sport and adventure. In early 2015 we decided that it would be great fun and really interesting to see what would happen if we all come together to collaborate in a more sustained and meaningful way.

This idea was born out of our collective belief that brilliant people make brilliant leaders. We work with individuals and companies who are inspired by this idea and who are motivated by a desire to understand and develop themselves as people in order to be more effective and fulfilled in their personal and professional lives.

Below the Line was identified by our team as a phrase that best encapsulated where we try to operate when we are working with individual clients, athletes, groups or teams. We believe that being honest, open and vulnerable with ourselves and those around us along with a willingness to be challenged and confronted by the honesty and truth of others is how we truly come to an understanding of who we are, what we are capable of achieving and how we can bring our abilities to new  heights. We believe that going Below the Line encapsulates a way that people can better understand themselves, their values, their motivations and their life’s purpose.

The Below the Line Team collaborates as a group in this way and we love to work with people and organisation who are open to working in the same way.

Working Below the Line is not easy, it is challenging, confronting and at times uncomfortable but it is an exploration that is always worth taking if we are to connect with the best of ourselves and tap into our true potential as human beings.
