Gabe Postma

Gabe Postma has over two decades of experience in operational management within the automotive glass repair and replacement industry. Since 2002, Gabe has been with Belron® International, initially as Operations Coordinator for Developing Markets, transitioning in 2014 to the role of Field Operations Efficiency Manager, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to this, from 1993 to 2000, Gabe worked with Carglass®, serving as Regional Support Manager, where responsibilities included branch management and training, and as Branch Manager at the Leeuwarden location, overseeing all branch activities and leadership.
