Jake Carmichael possesses extensive experience in application managed services and business transformation. Most recently, Jake held multiple leadership roles at Belron from July 2022 to February 2025, including Global Head of Application Managed Services and Global Back Office Platform Leader. Prior to that, Jake served as the Director and Business Transformation Consultant at Puzzle Solved Limited from June 2014 to September 2022, providing independent consulting services. Additional experience includes serving as the Lead Service Architect for a major transformation program at Countrywide in early 2021 and working as a Service Design and Transition Manager at HO from July 2020 to February 2021.
