At Belron® International, Leslie currently serves as Group Reward Manager, having previously worked as an Interim Reward Consultant for Pentland Brands and Grosvenor. Leslie's expertise includes leading compensation and benefits programs for Synamedia during its transition from Cisco, designing global job frameworks, and managing compensation strategies across diverse regions. Notable roles include Director of Global Reward at Oxford University Press, Director of Compensation at ITT, and Compensation and Benefits Manager at Freescale Semiconductors. Leslie holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University and a Master's in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University. Additionally, Leslie founded Cloverlaw HR Consulting Limited, providing tailored consultancy in the reward sector.
