Simon Fitzgerald

Simon Fitzgerald has extensive experience in leadership and training development, with a career spanning several decades in prominent roles within renowned organizations. Since November 2007, Simon has served in a leadership capacity at Belron, focusing on People and Leadership Development. Prior experience includes a position as Training Manager at Autoglass from March 1999 to November 2007, Head of Management Education at Bass Taverns from September 1990 to March 1999, and Senior Training Advisor at the Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board from 1980 to 1989. Academically, Simon holds an Executive Coaching accreditation from Hult Ashridge Executive Education, an MBA from the University of Central England, a DMS in Management Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, and an HND in Hotel Management from Hollings College Manchester.
