Susan Ormiston

Susan Ormiston is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Group People Director at Belron® International since February 2019, Susan also holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Avon Products since July 2013. Previous roles at Avon include Group Vice President of Human Resources for Global Functions and Vice President of Human Resources for both Global Functions and Global Marketing. Prior to Avon, Susan served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at New York Life International and held various global HR leadership positions at IBM for 15 years. Susan's educational background includes a BA Honors in Business Studies from the University of Wolverhampton and an IPD in Human Resources from the University of Portsmouth.
