Brian Ammon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Brian started their career as a Lab Technician at Canton Malleable Iron in 1978 before moving to American Electric Power as an Engineer in the Turbine Section in 1979. In 1980, they joined The Timken Company and held various roles including Corporate Product and Process Engineering, Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Manager Production Operations, Manager Quality Advancement, Product and Manufacturing Engineering, and Corporate Quality Manager. In 2015, they became the Manager of Production Operations and Quality Advancement before joining Belvac Production Machinery in 2017 as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Brian currently holds the position of Director of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement in the same company.

Brian Ammon earned an Associate's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stark State College in 1979. Brian then went on to obtain a Bachelor Science Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial from Kent State University between 1984 and 1987. Brian later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Ashland University, completing the program between 1990 and 1992.
