Lukas Puttemans

Lukas Puttemans is an experienced reward management professional currently serving as the Reward Manager at Belysse since August 2024. Prior to this, Lukas held the position of Total Reward Manager at Deceuninck, focusing on global total reward strategy development and policy advice.
