Thiago Camargo

Thiago Camargo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and management within engineering and automation sectors. Currently serving as Head of Product Development at ELGIN S.A. since May 2013, Thiago oversees R&D, product engineering, procurement, and portfolio management, focusing on competitive product portfolio maintenance and cost reduction initiatives. In addition, Thiago has held the position of Head of Product Management at Bematech since October 2019, where involvement in M&A activities included data room evaluations and strategic decision-making. Prior roles include R&D Engineering Manager and Project Coordinator at FILIZOLA S.A., and Sr. Electronic Technician positions at Digimat and Proteco Indústria Eletrotécnica Ltda.
