BeMaterial is a consulting firm specialized in ESG strategy and structuring.

Today, sustainability is no longer just about reporting or communication.

It directly influences key business dynamics, such as:
- Access to a growing number of public and private tenders
- Attractiveness to investors and lenders
- The management of certain operational risks

Sustainability has become a business issue.

And yet, in many organizations, it is still largely dominated by reporting: client questionnaires, ESG ratings (EcoVadis), sustainability reports, investor requests, or regulatory requirements.

At BeMaterial, our objective is simple:
to help companies reconnect their sustainability efforts with their economic priorities.

We support SMEs, mid-sized companies and investment funds in structuring sustainability approaches that are:

• actionable, with indicators that support decision-making
• prioritized, focused on the issues that are truly material
• efficient, avoiding unnecessary complexity and dispersion of effort

In practice, we work on topics such as:
- ESG assessments (EcoVadis)
- Double materiality analyses
- Sustainability reporting and VSME reports
- ESG strategy structuring
- ESG due diligence for investors

Every engagement is led directly by a partner.

We emphasize clarity, efficiency, and responsiveness, acting as long-term partners to our clients in shaping and deploying their sustainability strategy.

Key figures:

• 130+ assignments completed
• 60+ companies supported
• +21 points average improvement in EcoVadis score
• 75% of our clients reached Gold or Platinum EcoVadis medals
