Carol Bubar

Carol Bubar is a Chief of Staff and strategy execution professional with over 25 years of experience across various industries, including for-profit and non-profit sectors. Currently serving in program management and operational excellence at BEMO, they previously held leadership roles at Microsoft, where they managed significant projects and process frameworks that led to substantial savings and enhanced organizational effectiveness. Carol has also contributed as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Consultant at SESIL PIR Consulting GmbH and as Director of Corporate Strategy at adaQuest Inc. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and are both TAD certified and PMP trained.
