Catalin Alaci

Catalin Alaci is the IT Manager at BEMO. Prior to this, they were with adaQuest, Inc for 18 years where they delivered a white glove onboarding experience to over 1400 Skype employees becoming Microsoft employees. There, they incorporated the goals of Microsoft’s Infrastructure Integration & Services and Venture Integration teams with Site Infrastructure Services at multiple Microsoft and Skype sites worldwide, by ordering, shipping, tracking, and preparing computers, peripherals, and security credentials for the onboarding events. Catalin has also managed IT budgets and inventory, improved IT infrastructure, reducing support costs and network downtime. Furthermore, they have installed IT infrastructure including client-server environment, PC’s, IP telephony, and wireless LAN. Other notable accomplishments include implementing staff technical training and business process improvement. Catalin has also performed system administrator functions in a Windows environment to ensure business continuity and extended technical support to various teams throughout the company. Their skills include providing IT consulting and technical support for Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Networking.

Their manager is Cindy Oliveto, Director of Operations and Chief of Staff. They work with and Ademar Amorim - Project Manager.
