In 2022, I walked away from a toxic job with nothing lined up, and it was the best decision I ever made. 

I was already working as a coach for senior leaders in tech, but the environment was making me miserable, so I left to contract on my own terms. After two years of contracting, I had a moment of clarity: the thing holding me back wasn't my circumstances, it was my reluctance to fully bet on myself. 

So I did. 

In June 2025, I went all-in as a full-time solopreneur coach, and went on to have the most financially successful year of my career.

Now, I get to do the work that matters to me most: helping senior software engineers break free from the same burnout, frustration, and stagnation I once felt.
