A boutique family-owned firm, part of the Mackenzie Kerr (Holdings) Group, we‟ve been delivering an unrivalled, comprehensive and first class professional service to landlords and tenants for over 100 years.

We have created a unique management package which is unmatched in the current marketplace through our forward-thinking approach and constant striving to re-evaluate and improve the service we offer to our clients.
Our portfolio comprises a diverse selection of properties ranging from studio apartments to full town houses and detached family homes, and from traditional tenement flats to new build executive apartments.

Whether our clients wish to let their principal residence or create an investment portfolio, our experienced and knowledgeable staff are dedicated to providing an efficient and reliable service.

Landlords will not need to worry about finding suitable tenants, adhering to safety regulations, chasing monthly rents, dealing with maintenance calls and all the associated legal requirements – we'll take care of all these details, and more, on their behalf.

With Ben Property landlords can be safe in the knowledge that their most valuable asset will be professionally managed to the highest standards at all times.
