Deepa R

Deepa R is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in teaching and human resources. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Loyola Institute Of Business Administration since August 2019, Deepa also held the role of Assistant Professor at the same institution. Prior positions include Assistant Professor at Rajalakshmi Engineering College and Project Associate at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Deepa earned a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, focusing on Employer Branding, and has an MBA in HR and Marketing from Thiagarajar School of Management. Additionally, Deepa has a background in HR and marketing roles with ESAB INDIA LIMITED and Thinsksoft Global Services Pvt Ltd / Videocon India Ltd, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, corporate communication, and brand-building. Courses taught include Human Resources Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Entrepreneurship. Deepa also served as a Management Representative for ISO 9001:2000.
