Joe Arun is the director of LIBA at the Loyola Institute of Business Administration. Joe has previously served as director at the Goa Institute of Management, St Joseph's Institute of Management, and Xavier Institute of Business Administration. Joe was also the deputy director at Loyola ICAM Engineering College and the CEO of Loyola College Chennai. In addition to their work in academia, Joe has also worked as the director of Culture and Communication and the executive director of the Institute of Dialogue with Cultures and Religions.

Joe Arun's educational career includes completing a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Madras, as well as a Bachelor of Economics degree in Economics from At Joseph's College. Joe also attended De Britto Higher Secondary School.
