The Kitchen Team at Benares Restaurant & Bar is responsible for creating and executing the menu of modern Indian food with a contemporary British twist. Led by the Owner & Chef, the team includes the Executive Chef, CHEF DE Partie, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, and Commis Chef, all working collaboratively to ensure exceptional culinary quality and innovation.
