Alex Leow

Alex Leow is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in product management and entrepreneurship. Currently at Benchling since April 2019, Alex has previously co-founded Med.ID, a decentralized medical data storage network. Prior roles include Product Manager at Workstream, where Alex led international teams on product development for various industries, and a Software Engineer Intern focused on building MVPs for startups. Additional experiences include contributions to TEAMMATES as a core developer during Google Summer of Code and student roles in software engineering and teaching at the National University of Singapore. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from the National University of Singapore and has participated in programs at Stanford University and NUS Overseas Colleges.
