Amber Hiatt

Amber Hiatt is a Workplace Experience Partner at Benchling since October 2022, focusing on employee engagement and the development of workplace programs such as health and safety initiatives. Prior to this, Amber served at NerdWallet from February 2018 to October 2022, advancing through various roles, including Workplace Operations Associate II, where responsibilities included supporting over 300 employees, executing nationwide return-to-office strategies, and managing facility-related vendor relationships. Additional experience includes a Pro Unlimited Contractor role at Instagram, enhancing user experience through data analysis, and early leadership positions as a Resident Advisor at UC Santa Cruz and Student Supervisor at Terra Fresca. Amber holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Intensive Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, supplemented by studies at the University of Cambridge.
