Evan Eng

Evan Eng has a diverse work experience in finance and corporate development. Evan started their career at Wells Fargo Securities as an Analyst, where they specialized in Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking. Evan then advanced to the role of Associate, supporting senior-level executives in maintaining relationships across the sectors. Evan was responsible for originating and executing M&A advisory assignments and transactions, as well as overseeing the development and training of analysts. In 2014, Evan joined Guidewire Software as Director of Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, and Operations. Evan later transitioned to the role of Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance. Most recently, Evan joined Benchling as Head of Finance, first leading the GTM team and later expanding their scope to include Corporate as well.

Evan Eng earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 2008. In addition, they obtained certifications in License Series 63 and License Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in 2013.
