Frances Hausmann

Frances Hausmann currently serves as a Technical Account Manager and Benchling Product Specialist at Benchling, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this, Frances worked as a Research Technologist II at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine from September 2020 to May 2022, leading a project focused on brainstem circuits in corticospinal neurons. Previous experience includes an undergraduate role at Boston University in the Cruz-Martin Lab, conducting research on the immune gene C4 related to schizophrenia, and an internship at the Allen Institute for Brain Science, where 3D models of neurons were analyzed. In addition to academic pursuits, Frances has coaching experience with the Sammamish Rowing Association and served as Captain of the Lightweight Women's Rowing Team at Boston University. Frances holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a focus on Neurobiology from Boston University.
