Julia Dayton

Julia Dayton is a Product Support Analyst at Benchling since July 2022, specializing in technical and product support for Benchling applications, including SQL-based analytics and API assistance. Julia manages customer onboarding, delivers targeted training sessions, and leads internal projects to enhance communication and training materials. Previous experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant spans several labs at Santa Clara University, where Julia prepared and analyzed data for publication, fostered community engagement as a Resident Assistant, and supervised student assistants in the Office of Student Life. Additional roles include a Summer Research Assistant at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, a STEM Activity Leader with Girlstart, and multiple summer internships focused on research methodologies at Portland State University. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Biology with a minor in Biotechnology from Santa Clara University.
